Reception staff when we arrived were extremely helpful

The motel is clean with comfortable beds and has a modern, clean bathroom. Staff were at all times courteous and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The greatest advantage was the motel is an easy and cheap ride from and to Stanstead in local Arriva buses. The bus stops adjacent to the motel where you can easily ride into Bishops Stortford.Additionally it is next door to a motorway services centre with numerous food and coffee option. Overall the convenience, cleanliness and Staff made our stay one of the best and cost effective motel stays in our entire UK holiday.

Receptionist was lovely and actual FREE PARKING, such a rarity in London with hotels!, bed was comfy and loads of space....unless someone has t-leafed your sofa.... That would explain the big space actually..... But I was grateful of the floorspace for my repack of my bag. Security has a physical double lock, but someone's made a makeshift spyhole plug with a sugar sachet. Oh!, and USB ports on the mains!, sorry if your electric bill went up I was charging like 9 GoPro batteries.

The rooms are spacious & clean and the beds are comfy. This was the second time I've stayed here visiting relatives. It's handy for where I was going. It's handy to get into London too, about an hour into Liverpool Street train station, so really for the price per night and the train ticket into London it's a viable option for London tourists. At the price and convenient location, it couldn’t be faulted…..except for the poor flexibility in number of occupants. We would have liked to have had our adult son in the room with us, as previously, because he ideally needs supervision. In the event, we had to pay another £54 for a separate room for him. We could have lied and sneaked him in… but not for us!

Clean and well appointed room. Nice size bathroom. Good signal on TV. Much improved from last stay. Good choice of coffee etc in caddy. Nice touch to have a hair dryer

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neatly set up. The room was very quiet, shower was hot and plentiful and the blackout curtains were great. A bus to Stansted airport was £2 with only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop from the hotel.

The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a very nice shower room. It is very convenient to Stansted Airport. It was extremely good value for money as I only needed to sleep for 5 hours and then go to the airport. I think it did include breakfast but I had to leave earlier.

The hotel is superbly located for Stanstead airport. It has ample convenient parking and check in on line was straight forward. The room was on the ground floor as I had requested, was warm and comfortable and was a very good price. We had stayed there before and we will stay there again!
